Bab 32: Meeting the Past

Maya's character is the epitome of a heroic figure who is always willing to go the extra mile to help others. She is a fierce fighter who takes on challenges alone, determined to save everyone in need. Despite her unyielding spirit, Maya was left dissatisfied with the outcome of her battle. She realized that Alex was stronger than her and, in a gracious display of acceptance, agreed to his request of going to the dream world. Without hesitation, Maya handed Alex a spell that could transport him to the dream world, along with another that could help him determine whether or not he was still asleep.

With determination in his eyes, Alex raised his wand and began to chant the incantation for the powerful spell that would transport him to the dream world. However, before he could finish, Maya rushed over to him, wrapping her arms around him tightly. "Please come back safely," she whispered, her voice full of emotion. Alex tried to push her away, but she held on tight, begging him to stay just a little while longer.

As the minutes ticked by, Maya eventually released him from her embrace, waving her hand in a final farewell. Alex resumed his spellcasting, the room filling with a bright and intense light. Overcome by the spell's power, Alex began to lose consciousness, but Maya was quick to catch him and guide him over to rest beside Linda.

As she was tending to Alex, Maya heard movement from behind her and turned to see Anna, who was now awake and visibly angry. "What did you do to me?" Anna demanded, her voice seething with anger. "Mom is right about you. You're not good people, and you're just trying to confuse me!" Without warning, Anna lunged at Maya with her stick, but Maya wasn't ready, but try to defend herself from the unexpected attack.

Alex slowly opened his eyes in the Dreamworld and was greeted by the sight of a stunning woman standing by his side. She spoke to him with a gentle expression on her face, "Well hello, you are finally awake. Now, go wash, the blood is all over your body, and afterward, come to the dining room." Alex couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia as he gazed upon her beauty. Suddenly, he realized what she had said about the blood and looked down to see that his clothes were soaked in it. As he tried to make sense of his transformation, he noticed that he was now taller, with darker skin and a beard, appearing to be in his late 30s. His head started to ache as he struggled to remember everything, and he heard faint words like "$l$s$e $e$p $e." He couldn't make out the meaning of the words, but the woman's comforting hand on his head eased his mind, and suddenly everything became clear. "Hi, Lisa," he said, "I want to eat your handmade pancakes." Lisa laughed and replied, "Sure, but first you must wash off that blood. I don't want a single drop of it in my house." Alex nodded his head and responded, "Yes, my lady."
