Kyra POV:
I huddled myself in an small cave as I gazed outside. Rain was falling heavily. I don't know why I ended up here. When I was driving home, my car stopped working. And when I was walking back, I ended up here and woke up because of the heavy sound of rain.
I don't know where I was, but the trees were taller than any average tree I had ever seen. The foliage was so dense that I felt like I was in a rainforest.
I was very scared but still trying to calm myself. After the rain stopped, I would look around for a road and go home.
Now the environment was darkening, and I was really scared. Even though I was a strong girl, in such an unfamiliar environment, I still felt the fear of the unknown.
My heart was pounding so fast, and I was shaking because of the cold. I was wet, and my dress was sticking to my body. I hugged my knees and put my head on them.
Because of fear and extreme cold, I didn't even feel sleepy. I raised my head and looked around. I felt even more scared because it was so dark that the only thing I could see was the flash of rain.
My head was pounding because of a headache, and I wished I was at home cuddled with a warm bedsheet.
Suddenly, I heard a growl. I huddled myself even more, and in the dark, I felt someone coming toward me.
I froze, feeling like I was going to die today.
"Growl..."
"Growl..."
I opened one eye and peeked through my eyes, only to collide with ocean blue eyes.
"Wolf..." I muttered as a pure white, wet wolf form was standing there, looking at me with a tilted head. His fur was so thick, and when he started shaking his wet body.
Then, he looked at me and came closer toward me.
