"How do you contact the leader of the second faction? How do you reach out to him?" Leo asked with a strange look in his eyes.

Their response came in unison, a synchronized admission that seemed to carry the weight of practiced recitation.

No. 201 & No. 213: (simultaneously) We each carry a mobile phone. The only contact saved in it is that of the second faction leader.
