Bab 304: Paths Converging

Rienn and Stella moved at high speed. They shot across the battlefield, zipping around while attacking from various angles. But Amaria easily kept them at bay. With the integration of abomination cells into her body, she had become much more durable, and she kept the pair at bay with beams of energy, which she fired from her chest cavity. On top of that, they also had the Sahagin King to deal with who was both fiercely fast and immensely powerful, and it intervened at every opportunity to protect the mother that had birthed it.

The battle dragged on. Despite Rienn and Stella having much more power combined than Amaria and her Sahagin, there was a disparity between the two sides. Rienn and Stella were in a kind of synchronized state working in unison as one being but their inexperience was showing.
