Bab 127: 127 Thor and Mother of Lightning

Suddenly, lightning flashed and thunder roared—a golden bolt of lightning tore through the night sky, followed by a deafening rumble. The air and trees of Mount Tianwang all trembled slightly.

Upon sensing two different streams of Yin Qi approaching, Xie Xiaofeng's eyes bulged as he shouted skyward, "Where are these two wild ghosts from? Show yourselves at once!"

Another thunderous lightning flash occurred!

The lightning streaked across from the opposite bank of the creek, arriving directly above Xie Xiaofeng, slashing through the air and striking toward him.

"Earth Spell, Shield!" Without changing his expression, Xie Xiaofeng watched the lightning as he cast his spell. At once, millions of grains of sand and dirt gathered in front of him, forming a wall of earth that shielded him from the lightning strike!

With a loud "bang!" the earth shield shattered by the lightning reverted back into millions of grains of sand and fell onto the ground in front of Xie Xiaofeng.
