Bab 149: Choosing a Weapon with Kruos

When the couple woke up, it was already morning. The first thing they did was to look into each other's eyes and smile awkwardly.

Once their excitement was gone and they realized what happened, it was too late, and they remembered how shameless they had been last night.

Lux wrapped his arm around Khione and kissed her forehead, "There is no need to worry about anything, Khione."

The woman looked at him for a second before saying something that brought a chill on Lux's spine.

"I was just worried that my father would seek trouble with you if he ever caught news of us sneaking back..."

Hearing that, Lux's entire body froze...

A few minutes later, they were already heading to the clan's armory, Khione spoke with some Elders beforehand and decided to give Lux a decent weapon to use.

He wasn't a physical fighter, and a weapon will do a better job channeling his energy and reducing his energy consumption.
