The weight of destiny hung in the night air as Jamie strode through the tribal grounds, his recent encounter in the throne room still fresh in his mind.

Stars painted the sky in brilliant constellations, their light casting a silver sheen across the settlement. Shadow, having just unmerged from Jamie's body, materialized beside him with an urgency that belied their usual easy companionship, dark essence swirling like smoke in the moonlit darkness.

"Master," Shadow's voice carried a note of concern that rippled through the cool night air, "Are you aware what they're planning to do with you?" The ethereal being's form shifted anxiously, nearly invisible against the dark backdrop of the night sky.
