“So this was Sierra’s plan,” I said.

I was not surprised that it was Sierra Yi who had a hand in this scheme. And by the expression on Diana’s face, she was not surprised by her sister’s involvement either.

“She always had been sour,” Diana said through gritted teeth and composed anger. “Obsessive over power and her own selfish needs, not caring who she might hurt in the process.”

Diana calmly walked over to Leona.

SLAP!

With lightning speed that did not match her calm demeanor, she smacked Leona across the face. A sweltering red hand print was all that suggested that Diana had struck her.

“Where is my sister now?” she asked Leona, grabbing the girl by the collar.

Leona was whimpering beyond control now. All of the bravado and arrogance that she previously had was now entirely erased.
