"Su Wan, thank you. Thank you for letting bygones be bygones and defending me."

Su Wan could have insisted that she was the one who pushed her, so that Jing Chen would hate her for the rest of his life, but Su Wan was willing to clear her name.

"You don't have to thank me too much. I just don't want you to be misunderstood. I've experienced being misunderstood myself. It definitely doesn't feel good." Su Wan handed Jiang Xin a piece of paper and shook her head.

"Besides, ever since I had the child, I've become especially gentle. I want to set a good example for them."

Su Wan touched her stomach with a loving and gentle expression.

"Jing Chen has already told me about you. I admit that I was actually angry when you persuaded me to leave Jing Chen a few times, but it was mostly because you made me choose to trust Jing Chen more."
