Bab 224: Terrifying (R18)

Desmond began to sit up, raising Leonor with him. 

His arms were around her and he held her delicately, keeping his precious wife close to his chest. 

With her hair weighed down by the water reaching the ends, it was heavy and out of the way of her neck. He took the moment to lean into her olive skin and press his lips against her warm skin. 

At once, Leonor leaned her head to the side, relishing the feeling of Desmond's mouth on her skin. Her eyes were already closed but they felt heavier when he gave her such undivided attention. 

"Even sitting next to you each day, I still miss spending time alone with you," Leonor whispered. 

Desmond's grip became a bit tighter as possessive thoughts lived in his mind. He wished they never had to leave their home and that all the burdens they carried as duke and duchess could disappear. 

A world of only Leonor would be a dream come true.
