As the time ran out, Lin Siyu let out a sigh of relief.
Lin Siyu looked back at the exam answers in her mind, and is 100% confident in the system's answer sheet.
Just when she was lost in thought, a bell rang in her ears.
"Everyone stay calm. Please put your name on the paper and make your way out of the exam peacefully." A middle-aged man called.
Lin Siyu and a few others got up and went outside.
As she breathed in the crisp, cool air, she felt a shiver run down her spine, and she looked up to see the moon glowing brightly in the night sky.
The longer the night went on, the brighter the stars shone in the sky.
"Please wait an hour for us to check your papers and say who passes or not. Do note, your score will also be announced." The middle-aged man added.
Lin Siyu, Liang Jun, and Su Mo chatted.
Liang Jun was in a good mood while Su Mo was worried.
Lin Siyu could see Su Mo's nervousness and tried to reassure him.
"Don't worry, you'll pass," she said, smiling.
Su Mo nodded, but his expression was still uncertain.
Liang Jun on the side felt uncomfortable for some strange reason.
Lin Siyu saw her siblings and said goodbye to the two and walked over to them.
"So spill it – how'd the test go?" Lin Xinyu asked, concerned.
Lin Siyu smiled and gave her a thumbs up.
"It was easy," she said confidently.
"Oh, cut it out! You're like a walking encyclopaedia of cluelessness when it comes to this exam. Seriously, do you even know anything?" Xinyu said disdainfully.
Lin Siyu didn't respond and just laughed.
The night was still young, and the moon cast an ethereal glow across the landscape.
Lin Siyu's eyes darted around the growing crowd, the noise level increasing with each passing moment.
Lin Siyu noticed there were quite many people.
The room was filled with a mix of confident and nervous individuals.
'It seems like the second test is coming soon,' She thought.
Suddenly, Elder Wu's voice rang out.
"Thank you all for waiting. I will now announce who passed or not."
The crowd was silent as Elder Wu spoke.
"The first round was a pass-fail type. If you get over 80 points, you will pass. If you fail, then I'm sorry, but you won't be able to enter the Lotus Moon Sect."
Elder Wu's words were straightforward and unambiguous.
His voice was resolute, and there was no mistaking his certainty.
Lin Siyu and many other people nodded their heads in unison, acknowledging his words.
The room was silent, except for the sound of shuffling feet and nervous breathing.
With a sense of security, Lin Siyu eagerly awaited her results.
Liang Jun heard this too, but didn't seem concerned in the slightest.
Su Mo, on the other hand, was very anxious.
"First, let's start with the top 10."
Elder Wu announced.
The crowd cheered as he announced the top 10.
"In tenth place, Lin Zhirou, with 97 points."
"In ninth place, Zhao Haiyang, with 99 points."
"In eighth place, Sun Shui, with 99 points."
"Seventh, Zheng Ming, 100 points."
"Sixth, Yao Xin, 102 points."
"Fifth, Lin Chenyu, 104 points."
"Fourth, Wang Wei, 105 points."
"Third, Liang Jun, 105 points."
"Second, Luo Fei, 107 points."
"And finally, first place goes to Lin Siyu, with a full score of 120 points."
The crowd went wild as he announced the rankings.
"Hold up, hold up! Are my ears deceiving me, or did Lin Siyu actually snag a perfect score?" Lin Xinyu exclaimed.
"Looks like I'm not the only one surprised," Lin Chenyu added, but his face had no trace of surprise.
Liang Jun and Su Mo exchanged stunned glances.
No one expected anyone would receive a flawless score.
The man in charge of the exam was taken aback, despite his years of experience.
"A perfect score... This is incredible!"
Lin Siyu couldn't help but let out a small chuckle at the result.
'Looks like the system is as useful as ever,' she thought.
Lin Siyu noticed many people staring at her and felt a bit embarrassed.
She was shy and didn't know what to do.
"Well done, Lin Siyu. You truly are talented." Elder Wu said, praising her.
"Thank you," she replied, humbly.
The crowd cheered as she replied.
"Now, I'll call those who've passed."
Lin Siyu waited and heard Xinyu name called and passed with an 80.
Lin Siyu looked at her and sneered. "Huh? Who was the one insulting me a moment ago? And who barely passed?"
Xinyu didn't respond and raised her fist.
Lin Siyu dodged the fist, laughing.
A little while later, Su Mo's name was called as well.
"Su Mo, 85 points. Pass."
Su Mo breathed a sigh of relief, his shoulders slumping.
'Looks like I made it,' He thought.
The middle-aged man smiled.
"Well done, everyone. Now, let's move on to the second round of the exam."
The crowd murmured as the middle-aged man spoke.
Elder Wu clapped his hands, and the murmurs stopped.
"For the second part of the exam, we will test your mental endurance."
"This will be a test of your mental fortitude and how much stress you can endure."
He then took out a small building from the palm of his hand and threw it into an open space.
The building then increased its size, raising its size to 10 stories.
It had a red roof, and the walls were made of stone.
It looked like an ancient Chinese house.
"What are you waiting for? Go inside and start. The higher you go, the higher your score is."
The crowd looked at each other and slowly made their way into the building.
Lin Siyu and her siblings went inside.
The inside of the building was spacious, and the air was fresh and clean.
There were no objects in the room, so you could see the staircase leading to the second floor.
As they went up, they felt a bit of pressure.
"It's starting," Elder Wu said, watching the candidates climb the stairs.
He could see some of them struggling already.
Lin Siyu and her siblings walked up the stairs and could feel the pressure getting stronger.
It felt like a giant hand was pressing down on them.
Reaching the second floor, Lin Siyu observed the surrounding people.
She noticed the crowd shrunk a little, and some people had sweat on their forehead.
"Keep going," Elder Wu shouted.
The group continued climbing the stairs.
By the fourth floor, the crowd had got smaller.
There were only a few dozen people left.
She and her siblings were still left, and both Su Mo and Liang Jun still stand.
