Adrian Magnus, a reincarnator born into a powerful European family, wields the "Dimensional Nexus," an ability to traverse fictional worlds and recruit extraordinary individuals. Using his recruits and his family's influence, Adrian creates Nexus, a covert organization that infiltrates global defense systems to shape the world from the shadows.

In Japan, one of Adrian's agents, Yuta Okkotsu, enters UA High to rise as a hero while feeding information back to Adrian. As Yuta navigates the trials of hero society, Adrian’s master plan begins to take root, setting the stage for a clash between his vision of order and the chaotic ideals of the hero world.
