Bab 271: 271- After The Event (I)

"Ready to head out?" Marissa tilted her head, noticing Rafael leaning in close to her. His cologne was making it hard to focus.

She nodded, not letting it be evident that her pulse was quickened in a rapid beat. It was time for the surprise.

Something in her told her that he was planning something special for her.

Rafael caught Dean's attention, by lifting his hand, "Hey, man, we're heading out for the night," he said.

Dean flashed a casual smile with a knowing look and nodded, "Have a good one, you two. Catch you later!" Dean replied waving them off.

As they turned around, Marissa stopped, forcing Rafael to halt in his steps, "Little Greene?"

"Just a moment, Rafael," she went back to Dean, who was standing there with uncertainty. 

"Is everything alright, Marissa?" he asked with a frown. Marissa didn't know what got into her. She went ahead and hugged him, taking him by surprise.
