After the meal, Mikel Anderson prepared to go out to buy something. He handed Lyra Smith a piece of paper, "Write down the daily necessities you need on the paper."

Lyra took the paper and briefly wrote down some items she needed before handing it back to Mikel.

Mikel glanced at the paper and took the pen from Lyra, adding a few more items. In the end, he thought for a moment, pulled open a nearby drawer, and saw that there were only half a pack of sanitary napkins left. He added one more to the paper.

When Lyra saw the sanitary napkins, she suddenly realized that her period had been delayed for several days.

Needless to say, it must be due to the anxiety she had been experiencing recently, causing a hormonal imbalance.

Seeing Lyra's expression, Mikel asked, "Is your period coming?"

Lyra shook her head, "Not yet." She casually mentioned, "It's been delayed for seven or eight days this month. I need to adjust my schedule and mood as soon as possible."
