Bab 123: Chapter 123: Secrets of the Infinite Gu

The days following Sam's encounter with Kaleon left him with a mixture of dread and determination. He had gained a powerful enemy in Kaleon, but there was something else, something deeper gnawing at him. The Abyssal Lok, while vast and mysterious, was not the only source of power at his disposal. The Infinite Gu, an enigmatic artifact that had remained largely a mystery, seemed to call out to him in subtle ways.

The Infinite Gu had always been different from the other Gu Sam had encountered. Where the Assimilation Gu and Linkage Gu served functional roles, the Infinite Gu was a paradox. It had no apparent limits or clearly defined purpose, and every time Sam tried to explore its boundaries, he found only more questions.

Now, with Kaleon lurking in the shadows and the threat of a greater power struggle looming, Sam knew it was time to return to the study of the Infinite Gu.
