Bab 26: Sulking

Mo Shan saw that Yun Xi was not in the room anymore. He looked at his son with probing eyes. Xiao Hui understood his father’s gaze and said while pointing towards the bathroom, “Mommy is in there.”

Mo Shan thought that Yun Xi must have felt shy. He walked to the bathroom door, cleared his throat, and spoke, “Xi Xi? Are you in there? I have brought your pajamas.” When he did not hear any noise from inside the bathroom, Mo Shan thought of just putting on her pajamas and going out of the room so that Yun Xi would come outside to get dressed.

But before he could make any move, the door opened slightly with a creek sound. Yun Xi poked her head out from the gap in the door and asked for the pajamas.

After Mo Shan handed her the pajamas, Yun Xi quickly shut the door close with a ‘bang’ sound. Mo Shan smiled remembering Yun Xi’s blushing face. When he turned around, he saw his son looking at him with confused looks.

“What is it?” Mo Shan asked.
