Bab 704: Rudra takes on a bigger responsibility

The rebels were shocked to see this , and so were the elites. 

Why was the most powerful man in the light faction bowing to a bunch of defeated rebels like themselves? 

Rudra continued " I understand that the upside is a safe haven with an abundance of food and medicine, it is a place that can easily satiate atleast 50,000 people's hunger everyday and still not overburden it's ecosystem. 

However please try to understand, the reason why we did not share food, is because we were saving the surplus for emergency in the face of the uncertainty of the coming year.
