The Caravan soon reached the capital.

In the capital, news of Zivan's poisoning spread a long time ago, so most of the people were concerned. So Marcella didn't receive any big welcome.

After all, what happened in her maternal home was going to affect her as well. 

"Mother has told me to arrange a celebration for you tomorrow night. Have a good night's rest today so you can start fresh from tomorrow,'' Silja, who led Marcella to her new chamber, said.

''It's okay, Sister-in-law. I can understand,'' Marcella said, Actually she didn't care much about such superficial things.

She was glad that Zivan was fine and so was Lilliana.

''We are here,'' Silja said and opened the door of Zivan's chamber.

Although not much Silja has made sure that the bridal chamber was decorated.

As the door opened Marcella was welcomed by the light soothing smell of wild lilies.
