Bab 83: First kiss

"Wait…" as Don was just about to pull her into another weird corridor which was weirdly empty and dark, Silja stopped him.

She forcefully pulled her hand out of his grip in anger. And surprisingly Donovan froze in his place as he felt an electric spark running in his body.

His eyes widened as he looked at the woman. 

The sudden wave of pain was just like the flicker of an oil lamp. But the lingering pain in his body made him realise that it might not be his imagination. In haste, he grabbed her hand again to check if what he just experienced was real or his imagination.

Their hands were still connected but the current he felt just a minute ago was now gone. Making it seem like it was just an illusion.

When he didn't feel anything from ber his sharp eyes started to look around.

Was there any Witch in proximity?
