Under Zhou Tian's plan, he had hoped to wait until the NPCs of the residential area were distracted by the monsters in the region. Then he would seize the chance to raid supplies from the NPC Shop. However, it was clear that given the situation in the residential area, it would be difficult for Zhou Tian's plan to materialize.

The presence of monsters in the residential area would naturally provoke a response from the NPCs. But, due to the relatively few monsters active in the area, the number of NPCs lured out by the monsters would be limited. Consequently, despite there seemingly being few NPCs in the NPC Shops, the supplies inside would undoubtedly be under the guard of a special NPC. As such, Zhou Tian's hope of successfully robbing the material was slim.
