Bab 10: chapter 34: this city will burn
[yadara jumping building to building using his executioners strand]
Yadara: they took the distraction.
Yadara: now.
[yadara lands on the roof of a building]
Yadara: Let's see what kind of things they're saying on the news.
[yadara opens his phone to see the news talking about him]
News reporter: "the devil's messenger" or yadara kusake has come back for revenge for what happened to his family 10 years ago, if you see him inform the police immediately.
[yadara laughs and closes his phone]
Yadara: I guess it's phase 2 now.
[sakai comes out and looks at yadara concerned]
Sakai: are you ok?.
[yadara looks at sakai with a blank stare]
Yadara: Of course, my plan is coming together.
Sakai: [sigh] you don't have to do this.
[sakai hugs yadara]
Sakai: I'm here, we can leave this city behind and start a new life somewhere else.
Yadara: no, the people of this city need to suffer for their injustices.
[sakai looks at yadara surprised]
Sakai: I know they have killed multiple strand users, but it doesn't mean we can't start over in a new city.
[yadara smiles]
Yadara: I'm going to use the branch of power you gave me to destroy this city.
[sakai looks at yadara surprised]
Sakai: You know, when I was enhancing your heart I felt every emotion you felt.
Sakai: I know you're going through alot but you don't have to make innocent people suffer for the things that happened to your family.
[yadara laughs]
Yadara: with the branch of power I can make everyone suffer as much as I did.
Sakai: you're not even listening to me, are you?.
[yadara looks at sakai with a blank stare]
Yadara: I'm not listening to you because what you're saying is pointless, not everyone in this city is innocent.
[sakai smiles]
Sakai: You do know I'm the only one that can stop you right?.
Sakai: And I know you wouldn't hurt someone you love.
[yadara laughs]
Yadara: Are you sure about that?.
[yadara rips sakai out of his body and throws her against the ground]
[yadara laughs]
Yadara: All I needed was your savior's strand for the branch of power, don't get it mixed up with love.
[yadara grabs sakai by the neck and holds her over the ledge of the building]
Yadara: now fall!.
[yadara lets go of sakai]
Sakai: Even if you didnt love me, I still loved you.
[sakai falls to her death]
Yadara: Now that's one less problem.
[yadara looks into the night sky]
[yadara laughs]
Yadara: the night will look even more beautiful when this city is burnt to the ground.
