Bab 33: The Death of En Sabah Nur
"Sink him!" I heard Jean shout as Katy immediately pulled the body into the concrete altar
"Ororo blow it to bits" I commanded while creating several tentacles or whatever you chose to call them that attached themselves to the Celestial artefact
"Shit!"
I felt a massive rush of information begin to rush into my mind at speeds possibly even greater than that of the Explosion incident with Doom and the Demons behind the portal. Information, I had no use for and information needed rushed into my mind.
[Activating Secondary and back up brains] Queen said and immediately the headache lessened enough for me to focus on my mission
I had completely forgotten about my powers. I had gained a small absorption radius but the information gained through that could be easily processed by my standard enhanced brain that I don't even notice it but this was something else and worse, I had touched it with my hand which mean, I bypassed all forms of security features that were put in place.
{Alien Intruder has being detected… Cleansing features activated} a weird voice said in a weird language that I strangely understood
"I'm sorry for this but….."
"Reset"
I activated the reset function on the device and the device immediately went quiet. I had information on everything the Pyramid was made from, how it was made, the one who made it and finally all the knowledge it had gathered in all its billion year existence. This thing has been on Earth since the first host aka the one that Odin and the All fathers defended against before the first avengers.
"Should we still be prepared for combat?' Ororo asked seeing how quiet everything was
"No… not really, I forgot I had abilities too, En Sabah Nur is dead as f**k but we still have to worry about his horsemen and the Death seed so if you see Warren, capture him instantly… don't let him escape, use lethal means if possible. don't worry he wouldn't die… I will make sure of that" I broadcast to the small network connecting all the X-men
"That's not exactly looking possible now, champ… Magneto is already too much for us" Hank said out of breath and sounded as though he was running.
"Just ensure he doesn't escape" I ordered as I injected an extension of Queen into the artefact
Prosh was already deleted making the artefact just an empty observer. Prosh was the original inhabitant of the artefact aka It's A.I but I had already deleted it after all the reset would only disable it momentarily not remove it entirely.
I deleted it because while it was a capable A.I, it wasn't exactly trusted. The A.I might just find some way to put him under its control or something of that sort. Removing it entirely was the best choice and Queen would ensure that no part of it remains.
[The technology in this is great but the Qubit system is a million times better.. am I allowed to modify it as I please] Queen asked
"Sure, knock yourself out, it will be you main body from now on so sure" I replied as I turned back to the girls
"Katy I have a small mission for you, take Xavier back to the Jet…this should help you" I said as I placed my hand on her back as an exoskeleton slowly formed on her body
An exoskeleton that looked no different from normal clothes, the point of it was to allow her the strength and speed to carry Xavier back to the jet. She was the best one for this job because of her powers which allowed her to phase through everything, she could carry Xavier safely back to the ship.
"What does this do?" She asked
"Increases strength and Speed… I doubt Xavier is as light as a feather, my enhancements didn't exactly improve your strength, they improved your abilities" I explained
"Oh.. I'll be back soon" She said as he picked up Xavier and began running through the walls of the massive pyramid
"Ororo, vaporize the altars to be on a safe side"
Even though I have destroyed the the back up of his mind that was contained in the Celestial artefact and En Sabah Nur's current one that was in the middle of transfer by disrupting the process using his Noise Cannon and yes, its that White Noise cannon.
A device that uses sound-waves to disrupt the bonds between atoms. It was hard to create the cannon but it wasn't something that a bit of cross reference from Demonic energy manipulation, magic and a lot of science couldn't accomplish. The Cannon should have vaporized the celestial artefact but that only proves that the artefact is not on the same level as I am.
"On it" Ororo said as she generated a massive ball of blue plasma and sent it in the direction of the altars
"Shit!!" I shouted and immediately dived towards Jean to cover her with my body
