Leon, however, turned back to her wound and continued his work with his soft approach to handling her injury. He had no idea that they had hired a woman who wouldn't hesitate to blame herself for other people's wrongdoing. Now, he was annoyed at her.

How could she be so clueless and act this way even in the very twenty-first century? Even kids knew more than helping a heartless and troublesome man like Mr Jones.

He didn't agree with her and he didn't let her press her reasons on him. Perhaps, like a man caring for a hurt woman, or like a worker caring for his colleague, he continuously took care of her wound. Or to be specific, he continuously took care of her wound like a doctor would do his patient —with utmost care and patience, even her small gasps and howls of pain didn't annoy him.
