Bab 4: Chapter 4

Heaven (Swarga Lok)

Amaravati

The City of Amaravati (City of Immortals) is the heart of Swarga Lok. It is filled with divine energy, radiating a celestial aura. At the center of this city, floating majestically in the air, stands a magnificent palace. This palace is surrounded by an even greater concentration of divine energy, which enhances its beauty and grandeur, making it appear otherworldly.

As we approach the palace, we see an enormous, towering gate reaching into the sky, disappearing into the heavens. The sheer scale of the gate is so immense that its exact height is impossible to determine.

On either side of the gate stand two colossal statues holding spears. They appear so lifelike that it feels as though they might come alive at any moment and bring an end to the world with their power.

When we pass through the gate, we are greeted by a seemingly endless flight of stairs that ascends toward the heavens. It feels as though these stairs might never end, stretching infinitely upward.

Climbing the stairs, we eventually arrive at a grand hall, vast and awe-inspiring. Inside, on either side of the hall, stand large statues, meticulously aligned in a solemn formation. In front of these statues, we see a group of individuals seated, lost in ecstasy, drinking wine. They are enchanted by the music and dance performed before them, fully immersed in the divine atmosphere.

As the curtains of the celestial hall part, the center comes alive with the enchanting presence of dancers. A soft, melodious tune fills the chamber, and the rhythmic jingling of anklet bells draws all eyes to the women gracefully moving at the center. Their identities are concealed behind elegant masks, but their divine aura and fluid movements leave no doubt—they are of extraordinary beauty, likely the legendary Apsaras themselves.

Some of the Apsaras are seen dancing to the music played by the Gandharvas. The gods seated in the hall are captivated, entertained by the mesmerizing performances of the Apsaras and the melodious tunes.

"Haaa... Haaaa... Haaaaaaaaaaa..."

As the gods are engrossed in the dance and the beauty of the Apsaras, suddenly, a loud laugh echoes through the hall, pulling them out of their trance.

They turn to see the source of this sound, their eyes falling on a figure seated on a throne crafted from gold and an unknown celestial material. This individual watches the Apsaras' dance and listens to the Gandharvas' music with a calm and commanding presence.

It is Indra, the King of Gods, seated on his grand throne, enjoying wine and the divine performances unfolding before him.
