Bab 267: Chapter 267

I am awakened in the morning by a frantic mental message from Hui'Jin. "Get up, we're under attack."

Those are the magic words that can drag me off of a bed in a hurry, and I simply will my High Priestess robes into existence before jumping out the window to see where the invasion is coming from. To my shock it's not Beasts or giants but a group of ten human cultivators. 

"Turn over the war criminals or the Bunny dies." A man's voice shouts and I can hear Lelou arguing with whoever is out there. 

[Divine Transfer they call themselves] Hui'Jin informs me through the link Dragon Priestesses share. 

They've got some serious gall to show up here after what happened last time. Or maybe that's why they showed up. 

"What are you idiots after that is so important you needed to shout and wake me up?" I ask, lightly skipping along the ground over to where an overweight and sweaty cultivator is holding Lala hostage with a blade to her throat.
