Bab 75: Consider me seduced (2)

Cat looks at me like I've grown an extra head. "Huh?"

I tap her nose. It's rare that I'm agreeing with something Simeon said. "You should listen to him regarding this."

"You want me to…seduce you?"

The way her eyes sparkle as she asks that, she doesn't need to do anything else. That gaze would have been enough to make me cave if I didn't already want her so badly.

"Why don't you try me?" I say.

I see her chest rise and fall as she breathes deeply. After a few moments, she asks, "Can I have my phone back for a moment?"

I give it to her, wondering what she's up to. It's not what I think, is it?

Except, it is exactly what I think. She scrolls through her phone a few times and places it on my desk just as a soft tune starts playing. She circles the desk and takes my hand. I curiously follow her lead.

She leads me to the couch and orders me to sit. My body has chosen to obey her even before my mind reacts.
