Wren once told her that their divorce was rooted in Lev's ineffectiveness. Now that the company was thrown into the mix, was it because Lev couldn't handle the company himself? Then again, she didn't seem to be disappointed in him. She wondered how awful that must have felt for the two of them.
Keagan leaned on her seat in silence, only to try unlocking the door from her side this time. The madam had saved her for so many times now. Maybe a little sting wouldn't hurt if she could save Wren from one little inconvenience.
