Bab 62: Blame Game, Underpaid Beta, and Demon Discussion

~ THIRD PERSON'S POV ~

"She was talking about some demon right as she fainted. Max, what the f-ck did you do?" Azar poked her finger at Ares' chest, who looked at her boredly with a pointed look in his eyes.

Soon after Seraphina fainted in Ares' embrace, he carried her back into their home along with the rest of them so they could have a discussion as they looked after her.

"Ah, gee, I am just kidding. You do not have to give me such dirty looks." She clicked her tongue, shaking her head, as she shuddered before walking towards Seraphina.

"Aw, my poor Sera, you have hurt me so much today." Azar pouted, while holding Sera's limp hand in between hers, and rubbing her face on her blanket cladded lap.

"...."

"I swear her mental health is deteriorating second by second. She should get checked as soon as possible, if you ask me." Elio shook his head as his face scrunched up in disgust at her antics.
