Bab 160: Indecisive

The idea of shifting Greta's son into something similar to the evolved brainless didn't sound like a much better option, but god-damn it was our only hope to save the kid. Just like me, doctor Atticus suggested just killing the child and having another one. But Greta wouldn't hear it. She'd gone down to the beach to have a discussion with her husband about the future of their child. They would both decide on whether I should I attempt to evolve the child, or if Atticus should kill him painlessly. 

While they discussed, I ordered the baby to sleep and Atticus urged me to lay on the bed so that he could start running some test while we waited for Greta to return.

He had a box filled with items that he would use to check my body for a signs of danger caused by my recklessness, or if the baby had any harm done to him. 

He was stunned that I knew the gender of my baby, and I refused to explained further. Lying that it was just a hunch.
