PROLOGUE
August 01, 2022- a warm afternoon in Henry Academy.
Henry Academy-a public school in Whiterun Village.
Both teens in Whiterun Village with young teen hearts. Both of them are S-I-N-G-L-E.
Lochan is a tomboy, shy, and introverted person. Youngest of all the three siblings. She always wants to be approached first. She also wants to be recognized by her crushes first. Lochan is the ever-shy-feeler yet good in class. Lochan is an impatient person and can't control anger. However, she is very loving caring and approaches her family members first when it comes to her family. She is very family-oriented and full of values.
While Beauty is the opposite of her in terms of the level of confidence and being patient. Beauty is an extrovert and bisexual person who loves to go along with her family, friends, or even with strangers who come along the way of her life. She is also outstanding and beautiful in and out, and very patient. Her name totally fits her personality. However, she and Lochan have the same traits like; being good in class, family-oriented, and thinking of the family the most. But most of all, Beauty is promising herself not to fall again with someone who is a tomboy but instead to focus on a man. However, she can't stop looking for a very good woman. But a man will come and will try to win Beauty's heart. Johnny is the man, who is Lochan and Lance's classmate/bro. Lance is Lochan's brother who is also Beauty's friend, who is also good at dancing but did not attend the dance audition because of low confidence and low trust in himself.
When Beauty was able to see Lochan @ second sight, her heart beat faster and faster. "Oh my! What is it that I am feeling right now?! This can't be!" Beauty murmured while smashing her two cheeks together using both hands. "What? Are you in love with Lochan? She is Lance's brother! Let me bring you to her." Johnny said while pulling my two hands towards the front door of the dance practice area. "No! I am not! I don't like tomboys!" Beauty said with a shameful voice. "HAHAHAHAHAHA It's okay!" Johnny replied while laughing sarcastically.
Did Beauty really mean what she said to Johnny that she didn't like Lochan? Or she just said it to not hurt the feelings of Johnny.
Did Johnny feel jealousy with what he saw from Beauty's actions?
Well. fate surprised them with things they never expected
Will Beauty accept the man's love?
Or will Beauty focus on finding a woman and disregard the man's appearance?
If Beauty chooses Lochan, will she be able to accept Lochan's negative traits for the sake of love?
Will Lochan change her negative traits for Beauty?
Are they both ready for love and pain after the love at second sight?
CHAPTER 1: FIRST SIGHT
August 01, 2017- 2 days before Beauty's 16th birthday.
Beauty was with her classmates in the classroom, enjoying their free time. They talked and laughed left and right. They spoke about handsome boys and handsome girls on campus.
Agner, Beauty's classmate, said, "You Beauty! When will you get a boyfriend?",
"I don't know! Only God knows. I'll just keep on praying and wait.", Beauty replied.
*Beauty is a very religious person and has been single for 15 years already and counting…. *
"Keep on praying, girl!" (laughed sarcastically), Agner replied, and all of them laughed. After an hour, they started cleaning their classroom and getting ready to go home.
It's time to go home already, and Beauty and her classmates started packing their things and themselves for future magic or romance that might happen to them. Hoping this time to meet someone. Actually, Beauty met someone. She met Johnny, her schoolmate, a co-dancer, and a classmate/bro of Lochan. (Beauty and Johnny are both parts of their school's dance group. They both are dancers.)
Johnny approached Beauty, "Beauty! Are you going home straight?".
"Yes! Why?" Beauty replied. "Let's just go home together. Let's walk."
Beauty then replied, "Sure!".
*Then the two walked towards their own homes together.*
Little did Beauty know that Johnny had been feeling a crush on her since the audition for their school's dance group. Johnny did not tell Beauty yet. Not the right time yet.
Anyway, Beauty got home very tired and was welcomed by Cath, her 11-year old tomboy nephew, the daughter of her younger brother. "Auntie! Your home. How's your day?".
"A little bit tired? But yeah, my day is fine and great. I got to enjoy my free time with my favorite people lately. How about you?" Beauty replied.
Cath then responded, "Fine also! But auntie, can I ask you a favor? Please help me with my homework."
Beauty is known for being helpful and polite, so yeah, Beauty replied, "Sure! Let me change my clothes and settle myself first.".
"Alright! Thank you so much in advance, auntie!" Cath responded happily.
*Beauty spent almost 2 hours with Cath answering Cath's homework and helping study a quiz for the next day.*
After "being in action" for almost 2-hours-answering-studying, Beauty goes straight to bed without even eating her dinner because of having a longggggggggg day.
"Goodnight, Cath." Beauty said.
Cath responded, "You're not going to eat your dinner?". "
Nope. I'm so tired today. I want to sleep already and relax my mind,"
Beauty replied.
Then Cath replied, "OKAY THEN. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE! SWEET DREAMS. LOVE YOU."
"GROSS!" Beauty responded frantically.
*Beauty then goes to bed and falls asleep quickly.*
-THE NEXT DAY-
Beauty just wakes up when the alarm clock rings. TRING! TRING! TRING!. "Oh my gosh! I'm already late for school!". She then got up from the bed like "The Flash."
(Beauty really doesn't want to be late or absent from class. She has been a consistent honor from kindergarten until Grade 10. She is now in 11th grade, and that's why.)
She then went to the comfort room, washed her face, and brushed her teeth. After these, she goes straight to her room and changes her clothes into a school uniform. After packing everything she wants to bring to school, she then buys something to eat at a nearby store before finding a vehicle going to school.
*After several minutes, she successfully arrived at the church near her school, where all vehicles made a stop-by. So, she needs to walk for a few minutes to make it to her school *
While approaching the school gate, she suddenly saw Lance (Lochan's brother) (Beauty is already friends with Lance but not with Lochan yet.)
Beauty approached Lance. "Brother Lance!" (Lance is older than Beauty).
"Sister! You are also late?" (laughing), Lance replied.
"Yes!" The beauty replied and laughed.
Lance then suddenly inserted his sister's appearance, walking in front of him, and said, "My younger sister, Lochan!". Beauty and Lochan saw each other's eyes quickly. (Beauty was then surprised and believed in what she just heard and saw because Lance and Lochan have different faces and physical features. Lance is tall, while Lochan is not that very tall. I mean, there is really a significant difference between the two).
Then Beauty replied, "Really? Weeeeeeeeh? (laughed loudly) Are you kidding?"
"Nope! I'm serious!" Lance responded.
"Alright!" (laughed). But still, Beauty is not convinced and thinks that maybe Lance is telling the truth. Anyway, Beauty was not really recognizing Lochan's face and wasn't feeling the thing that we call L-O-V-E.
Upon entering the gate, the three of them then separated. Lochan and her brother, Lance, went to their classroom (Lochan and Lance are classmates like siblings/classmates) while Beauty went to the school's other building. (They belong to different structures).
Beauty arrived a little bit late at their classroom. She felt nervous because it was her first time being late since the first day of class. She entered the room. She saw her classmates talking and shouting, and the classroom was filled with noise as if no teacher was looking for them. Yes, there is no teacher yet at the school. Luckily, her teacher is a little late, so she's safe. "Thank you, God! I'm not late!" Anna shouted with a sigh of relief.
After that, she enters the classroom and goes straight forward to her seat. (Beauty attended the class without taking a bath because of urgency.) After a couple of minutes, the teacher arrived and started the course. Beauty participated in the class during oral recitation and activities as usual. After an hour and 30 minutes, recess time came. Beauty and her classmates/best friends, Agner, Willa, Kent, and Gwel, went to the school canteen and bought some of their favorite loaves of bread and juices. *Recess time is Beauty's favorite because...… Beauty loves food. After 15 minutes, they returned to their classroom and resumed their classes.
*After several hours, the class ended. Beauty is now preparing for the group's practice (dance group) and changing into comfortable clothes and pants. She then went to the practice area together with Agner, a dancer.
-AT THE PRACTICE AREA-
Johnny approached Beauty. "Beauty! Here!"
"Yes!" Beauty responded.
"What are you planning tomorrow? It's your birthday!" Johnny told Beauty with excitement.
"Actually, I'm planning on attending a mass tomorrow after class. Thank God there will be no dance practice tomorrow," Beauty then replied enthusiastically.
"Right! There will be no practice tomorrow. You're fortunate and blessed." Johnny responded and laughed gently. "Can I join you tomorrow?" Johnny added quickly.
*When Beauty was about to respond, their group leader suddenly called them.*
"Guys! It's time for practice."
Everyone replied, "Alright," except for Johnny, who was disappointed because she got no reply from Beauty.
*The practice started and ended after a few hours. This time, Johnny would now be able to ask Beauty again*
Everyone is now preparing to go home. Johnny approached Beauty and asked her again, "Beauty, can I attend the mass with you tomorrow?"
"Of course, you can! Let's just meet outside the church. At 5 pm mass, okay? Let's just chat." Beauty responded.
"Great! Noted, Beauty." Johnny responded happily.
*After several minutes, everyone started walking and went home safely.*
