Pandemonium on the other hand did not acknowledge any nationalities, race or religion. When you are the citizens of Pandemonium, you are a citizen of Pandemonium.

You are not Americans, Australian, Chinese, Koreans, Bhutanese, Indians or any of those races. Since Azief had seen the Universe, to him, these distinction is stupid. 

They are firstly humans. Humanity.

The race of Pandemonium is humans. 

And judging by the way Pandemonium is growing it would not be long before Pandemonium would also accept intelligent monsters as citizens

Slowly, Pandemonium would become a place where all of the people of Earth could take shelter.
