Bab 161: Friendship between life and death.

Marcus delivered a final blow to Wukong's chest. But the monkey did not stop trying to counterattack. The monkey's attack caused his claws to pierce a little through his opponent's flesh.

Marcus finished off what was left of Wukong. Or so he thought when he saw the monkey's body fall lifeless. 

However, immediately after the great feeling of relief and relaxing his body, he noticed why the monk of wisdom and Buddha were so hesitant about finishing off Wukong...

Clearly he could not reach a state of nirvana like this. His body became a corrupted stone because of the chaos and his soul remained inside. His soul would be constantly tortured by what was left inside.

And immediately Marcus became alarmed. His body was already in a completely weakened state and he clearly could not fight anymore. 

Not only could he not fight, he couldn't even resist much more than walking...
