"You were kidnapped?"

Willie subconsciously glanced at Lyle Westbrook sitting next to him and furrowed his brows. Although he felt that Lyle wouldn't lie, seeing Princess Scarlett's eyes brimming with tears and turning red made him uncertain again.

"Wasn't it you who kidnapped someone?"

"I kidnapped someone? How could I possibly kidnap someone? Daddy, don't you believe me?" Scarlett widened her eyes, filled with disappointment and sadness, "How could I do such a thing? Besides, why would I kidnap that person?"

Lyle watched her impeccable performance and for the first time, felt such disgust toward a woman. His rose-colored lips barely moved, and his Peach Blossom Eyes turned to her, "I, too, would like to know why Princess Scarlett would do such a thing."
