Great work overall. I read the free chapters but the writing is great and refreshing.
Great translation quality and strong character design. The story and world-building are top-notch. Updates seem stable so far. Overall, a must-read!

After reading a few chapters, I had to stop. While the translation quality is good, everything else might as well be nonexistant. It has typical CN cliches. In fact we can see the crown prince of france be insulted by the heir of a duke, yet nobody bats an eye. The police wont investigate the death of a viscount, which makes no sense whatsoever. Everybody is brain dead besides the MC and those who help him. The WB is supposedly "historical france" but is more akin to CN nonsense. Lastly, the chapters are locked starting the 28th or so chapter. It doesnt even go to the 40th one. Overall, a pretty bland and unintresting novel with no intrigue for politics or policies. 1.6 stars.
What an unexpected gem. It's surprisingly true to the historical time period as well as offering many insights. Makes me brush up on my world history, just in case.
