Bab 114: AvC: A scheme

The elite team surrounded the area quietly. Huge arrow bolts the size of a humanoid beast were already prepared and ready to fire at the chiefs' signal.

Inside the carriage, Liam received a message from Rein through the spiritual link.

"Can you control the wind around thirty to forty meters away from you?"

Liam discreetly peeked from the carriage's window and tried to gauge the distance. 

Thanks to her half-blessed Avian blood, she could see the huge arrow heads in the forest through the tiny spaces of the foliage of trees and bushes. Her sense of smell and hearing was not as top-notch unlike the dragons', but at this moment she knew they were surrounded.

"I am not confident that I can control the wind fully that far. But I can control the wind well at least before those got to us."

"That's enough. Just don't let it hit our vitals."

"How many are there?"
