In the heart of the bustling city stood a magnificent skyscraper stretching high into the heavens with 98 floors. With its striking octagonal shape, the Universal Building epitomized the epitome of architectural beauty. From the first floor up to the 90th floor, each level boasted an expansive area exceeding 2,600 square meters.

The space gradually diminished as one ascended to the 91st floor through the 98th floor. For instance, the 91st floor covered an area of 2,300 square meters, a mere two to three hundred square meters more petite than its predecessor on the 90th floor. Further up, as one reached the 98th floor, the area reduced significantly to a mere seven or eight hundred square meters.

The building showcased its splendour with elegant glass exterior walls spanning from the ground floor to the topmost level. And crowning the building, perched above the 98th floor, was a helipad designed to facilitate the landing and takeoff of helicopters.
