NIKOLAI brought his family to Jeju Island.

It wasn't only for a short vacation.

He brought Mona and the twins there to meet his grandparents.

"Grandpa! Grandma!" Neoma greeted her grandparents energetically. "Happy New Year!"

"Happy New Year, Grandpa and Grandma," Nero greeted his grandparents calmly and politely. "How have you been? We've missed you!"

"Your Grandma and I have been doing well, children," Yule, Nikolai's grandfather, said while smiling brightly at the kids. "We've missed you, too."

"Very much!" Roxana, Nikolai's grandmother, added with a wide smile on her face. "I cooked all your favorite food. Come inside, my lovely grandchildren."

Neoma and Nero entered the villa with their grandparents happily.

"Grandpa and Grandma barely noticed us," Nikolai said, smiling while shaking his head. "They care more about their grandchildren."

It wasn't that his grandparents were rude.
