Emily was engrossed in arranging the washed dishes in the kitchen when the doorbell rang, piercing the silence. She glanced at the doorbell monitor, and a smile spread across her face as she saw her younger sister, June, standing at the door. Emily quickly opened the door, welcoming June with a warm embrace.

"June," she said, her voice laced with affection. "This is a surprise! I hope I'm safe?" Emily teased, knowing that June rarely visited her matrimonial home.

June walked in, her eyes scanning the room with a hint of mischief. "Can't I visit my own sister?" she replied, her tone playful.

As they entered the living room, June asked, "Where's Andrea?" referring to Emily's daughter.

"She's already left for school," Emily replied, her smile amused.
