When I returned to the boutique to inquire about the CCTV footage, I hoped it would help locate my missing children. However, the staff wouldn't show it to me immediately.
Desperate, I pleaded with them, "Isn't there any other way for me to find out where my children are? Is your manager here? Please, my children are missing. Please help me."
Instead of receiving assistance, the situation deteriorated when a staff member coldly remarked, "Ma'am, you should have watched your children closely. You're responsible for their actions. You should have brought someone with you."
I felt my anger rising inside me. I clenched my fists and took a deep breath before speaking. "I didn't ask for your opinion. I asked for your manager. You're not the one I need, so don't act like you know everything," I replied sharply, my voice cutting through the air. But she kept arguing which made me mad even more.
