Bab 140: Contracts ( II )

Lumielle was reminded once more of how barbaric Jenoix was. Blood splattered upon his white robes as he dug the chains deeper into the male's skin. They were specially made for Jenoix. They wrapped around his wrist, dangling down as a weapon that could capture an opponent in an instant. They were sharp like blades but with Jenoix being able to heal himself, the chains around his hands healed as quickly as the wounds were created.

It was as if he was holding the stem of a thorny rose, digging the chains deeper into the man's skin.

"Well," Jenoix said as he stepped on the male all in black, "Will you tell us who sent you?" He asked. His other partner was slaughtered. His tongue cut out as he choked on his own blood. The spy had lost his left leg and his eye, so perhaps, the tongue had been an act of mercy.
