Bab 52: Chapter 52: Interaction 2

In one of the private rooms of the Tuason Mansion, Maria found herself in an incredibly awkward and distressing situation. She sat nervously with her mother by her side, while Prince Alfonso was about to talk to her father.

Alfonso: "Don Tuason, I intend to marry your daughter."

Everyone was shocked by Alfonso's unexpected declaration.

After a couple of minutes of silence, Alfonso continued, "Of course, even if I'm the monarch of this country, I will not force her to marry me. That's why I want to get to know her first."

Don Tuason: "I appreciate your interest in my daughter, Your Majesty. But why her? Please forgive my question, but I'm just curious."
