I just have to use the Sword of Hades against evil monsters, right? That'd be fighting evil with evil. Resolving this, Ah Dai undid the ties on his shirt, revealing the leather bag underneath.

A faint chill emanated from the black gem in the hilt of the Sword of Hades. Gritting his teeth, Ah Dai drew out the sword, sheath and all, fearing its evil aura might leak out. He activated the liquid life essence within himself wrapping the drawn sword completely. As the room brightened in the scintillating white light, the ancient sheath gave off a faint black mist, forming a stark contrast with the white life-force.
