Bab 112: A Foreigner

As Seiryuu High stepped onto the field, the sight of Takiyama High sent a wave of unease rippling through the team. The opposing side was larger, both in numbers and sheer presence. Kaminari's eyes darted around, noticing how Takiyama's roster seemed to double what should be allowed on the field. Players loitered at the sidelines, each one seemingly more imposing than the last. It felt like they were staring down an army.

"Is that even allowed?" Ryuji muttered, glancing at Sota. "They've got, what, twice the number of players as us?"

Koenji, always the one to crack a joke in tense moments, gave a wry smile. "Maybe they're planning to rotate the entire team every down. Keep us guessing."
