Juan was very close to the death. He just evaded the sickle of death angel. All thanks to Viny.

There were only a few hours left before the 72-hour period was completed. This was very hard to believe for him. Juan looked towards the door of the room with bloodshot eyes.

Juan had formed his soul core. Still at the gathering energy level, Barbara's soul energy contributed hardly to Juan's progress. "System connect me up to Viny!"

'The connection has been established.

"Viny."

"Yes?"

"You are my friend. I just learned that I was a prisoner of a very treacherous technique. I can't help you, as I can't afford to go against other agents. I mean my ex-relatives."

"So?"

"The point is that I'm going to leave the quest immediately."

"Wait!"

"Why is that?"

"If you leave the mission, they'll give up the trap they set for me."

"Why would they set you up?"
