"Well, everyone who's targeted by the Calamity Laws would eventually derive the Balance Laws. After all, that's the best way to protect yourself from its machinations," Sterlena explained. "With that, you must have devoured a part of the Calamity Laws while forming your Spiritual Incarnation, right?"

"…Yeah," Upon seeing how much she knew, Krune realized that it was better to come out with the truth and probe for more information. 

"I had done the same thing in the past," she told him. "With every law of the God Realm under my command, I became a powerhouse even among the Primal Gods. But alas, I failed in the final tribulation to become a God. The Calamity Laws backfired on me at that time since the created tribulation was amplified by them."
