It means that some 'foreigner' had taken the throne, but Xue Ren wasn't really interested in it right now. One of this 'foreigner' women was all over Xue Ren without any hint or desire to come back to her own place!

If her memories gets 'unsealed' thoroughly and the reason for her to be the 'Victorious Wife' for Ruler gets unrevelaed, Xue Ren knew he is going to learn a lot. And thanks to them being close, Juliet won't even think of leaving him!
