Bab 82: South Lake High School

Their journey to South Lake High School was relatively smooth, although, at some turns, the soldiers had to look through the gaps in the back of the bus to slaughter the zombies chasing them. 

Other than the zombie chase, their journey was not problematic at all. Theodore could also rest for a while. Although he could no longer sleep like before, at least he could relax until they reached their destination later. 

The distance to South Lake High School was quite far from their current position; before the apocalypse, it might only have taken about 30 minutes to travel. But because the roads were very chaotic, it took almost 2 hours to get there. 

When they felt the truck start to stop, the people on the tailgate looked at each other. They knew that they were the first ones to move in this situation. 

"It's time for us to get out. Make sure the surroundings are safe," Theodore said, leading the others to get off the tailgate.
