Storm Cellar, Kents' Farm - Clark's Secret Base
While Jonathan and Martha Kent were busy building their new company, Clark focused on something even bigger: preparing to become Superman. Every day, he pushed himself with tough training, learning new things, and planning for the challenges he would face. His parents were shaping Smallville's future, but Clark was getting ready to shape the future of the whole world.
Recently, Clark finished an advanced course in quantum physics, taught by SS. Quantum physics is really complicated, but SS helped Clark understand it. Clark's goal was to learn how to create something called the Quantum Field (Q10), which would let him control quantum forces and protect himself from magic.
As Clark studied, he learned about things like how particles can be in two places at once, how reality changes depending on how you look at it, and how the Quantum Field controls the universe. This wasn't just book knowledge; it could help Clark become even more powerful. If he could master the Quantum Field, he could create a shield that would make him immune to magic—a weakness for Kryptonians.
Just as Clark was finishing another study session, Homelander's voice interrupted him with exciting news.
[Clark, your Ironman suit prototype is complete.]
Clark perked up. "Already? That's faster than I thought."
[The final assembly went well,] Homelander replied. [The suit is ready to use, but it still has some limitations.]
Clark walked over to a screen where the suit's details were displayed. "Tell me about it," he said, studying the information.
[The suit will protect you from Kryptonite radiation, store solar energy, and keep you strong under a red sun,] Homelander explained.
[It can take hits as strong as a missile, and I can control it remotely if needed. It also lets you breathe in space.]
Clark nodded, impressed. "That sounds great, but what's the downside?"
[The suit is only working at 10% of what we planned,] Homelander said.
[To make it fully functional, we'll need special materials that aren't available on Earth.]
Clark sighed, knowing that he still had a long way to go.
[But the prototype should give you an advantage for now. The next step is to find the materials we need to complete it.]
Clark smiled. "Let's test this suit first."
Before using it in the real world, Clark activated the simulation room—a virtual space created by SS that could mimic any environment. "SS, load the DC Database and pick the toughest enemies. Let's see what this suit can do."
[Loading now,] SS responded. Within moments, the simulation created a city around Clark, with some of the most dangerous enemies from the DC Database: Parasite, who could drain Clark's energy; Solomon Grundy, who was incredibly strong and nearly impossible to kill; and the sorceress Circe, whose magic could change reality.
As the enemies appeared, Clark felt the suit power up. Over the past year, Clark's Kryptonian Potential (KP) had grown a lot, reaching 64%. His powers had become much stronger—he could lift over 200 tons and run at super-fast speeds that reached Mach 20. His other abilities, like Heat Vision and X-ray vision, had also improved, making him more powerful than ever.
Parasite attacked first, and Clark felt the suit trying to protect him from the energy-draining touch. But the suit struggled to keep up.
[Parasite is depleting the suit's energy reserves at an accelerated rate,] SS reported.
[Enhanced systems will be required to manage this situation effectively.]
Clark dodged a punch from Solomon Grundy and hit back hard, sending the giant crashing into a building. The suit made him stronger, but it wasn't perfect. "The suit isn't moving as smoothly as I'd like," Clark said. "We need to fix that."
Then, Circe attacked with magic, and Clark felt the suit's defenses strain. The magic-resistant layers held, but just barely.
[Circe's magic is pushing the limits of the suit. It's holding, but not for long.] SS warned.
Clark fought on, using his flight and energy blasts from the suit to defeat his enemies. But it was clear the suit had some flaws.
"This suit has potential, but there's still work to do," Clark said as the simulation ended.
[Affirmative,] SS responded. [Enhancements are required, particularly in countering energy-draining attacks and magical threats. Acquisition of specialized materials will be necessary to optimize the suit's performance.]
Clark took off the suit, feeling both satisfied and determined. "At least we know what we need to do. Let's work on the upgrades and plan the journey to find those materials."

As Clark returned to the real world, Homelander's voice interrupted with exciting news.
[Clark, the satellite construction is complete and is now ready for deployment into space.]
Clark's eyes lit up with excitement. "Really? Tell me more!"
[Yes,] Homelander agreed.
[The satellite, which you've named The Kents Asteroid 01—or KA-01— is now fully operational and ready to launch. This satellite will greatly improve your ability to watch over Earth, and will also serve as a mobile command center, allowing you to coordinate missions and keep track of what's happening without having to be there in person.]
KA-01 was equipped with some of the most advanced technology they had ever developed. The satellite could monitor the entire planet in real-time, tracking everything from individual life forms to unusual energy signals, even capturing something as small as a bird in flight. It also had deep space sensors capable of detecting incoming objects or potential alien threats long before they approached Earth.
It was also equipped with quantum-entangled communication nodes, allowing for instant communication between the satellite and Clark's systems on Earth, as well as with his spaceship. This setup ensured that Clark could receive data and issue commands without any delay, regardless of distance. Additionally, the satellite featured cloaking technology, making it invisible to any Earth-based detection systems, thus maintaining its secrecy.
Moreover, the satellite was protected by an energy shield, capable of withstanding high-impact collisions, radiation bursts, and even directed energy attacks. For offense, it was armed with directed energy weapons that could neutralize threats from a safe distance. These weapons were versatile, able to be calibrated to stun, disable, or destroy as needed. Furthermore, the satellite could deploy nano drones for precision tasks such as repairs, reconnaissance, or direct intervention in a crisis.
Clark couldn't help but grin as he turned toward the spaceship he had prepped for this mission. The sleek craft, a masterpiece of Kryptonian engineering, was designed with a smooth, aerodynamic shape that cut through the atmosphere with ease and enhanced its speed and stealth in space. It was equipped with an advanced propulsion system that allowed it to travel faster than light, making even the farthest destinations just minutes away. The exterior of the ship was made of an adaptive alloy that could change its molecular structure to blend perfectly with its surroundings, making it almost invisible during stealth missions.
One of the most impressive features of the spaceship was its magnetic field generator, a high-tech system that allowed it to secure and transport large objects, like the KA-01 satellite, without using traditional restraints or ties. Instead, the satellite was held firmly in place by a controlled magnetic field, which could be adjusted to fit objects of different shapes and sizes. This field kept KA-01 stable and secure throughout the journey, no matter what external forces the spaceship faced.
Excitement surged through him as he put on the Ironman suit, feeling the strength and protection it provided. Stepping into the spaceship, ready to carry the satellite into orbit, Clark felt the engines roar to life as the doors sealed shut. A thrill of anticipation washed over him.
------
Outside Space
The sleek Kryptonian spaceship stealthily entered Earth's orbit within seconds. The transition was so smooth and swift that it felt like the entire world had been left behind in an instant. As the spacecraft stabilized in orbit, Clark gazed out of the transparent canopy, marveling at the breathtaking sight before him. The Earth below was a vast, blue marble, its continents and oceans bathed in the soft glow of sunlight. The stars beyond were like scattered diamonds on a velvet black canvas, twinkling serenely in the infinite expanse of space.
The beauty of the view was matched only by the surge of energy Clark felt as the yellow sun bathed him in its powerful rays. His Kryptonian cells drank in the solar energy greedily, revitalizing every fiber of his being. In that moment, Clark felt more alive, more powerful than ever before, as if the universe itself was flowing through his veins.
With a focused breath, Clark turned his attention to the task at hand. Homelander's voice came through clearly in his earpiece, guiding him through the delicate process of setting up and operating KA-01 in space. Though Clark could hold his breath for more than 20 minutes—an impressive feat even for a Kryptonian—he had donned his Ironman suit, which provided him with a steady supply of oxygen and protected him from the harsh environment of space.
Following Homelander's precise instructions, Clark began the deployment sequence. The satellite's systems hummed to life as Clark initiated the commands, watching as the solar panels unfolded and the antennae extended. The advanced sensors and communication nodes came online, all perfectly synchronized with the satellite's sophisticated technology. It was a delicate operation, but Clark handled it with the skill and dexterity that had become second nature to him.
Once KA-01 was fully operational, Clark took a moment to float alongside the satellite, ensuring that everything was functioning as intended.
While waiting, Clark reflected on the multiple roles KA-01 would play.
On the surface, its primary function was to revolutionize agriculture in Smallville, providing the Kents and their fellow farmers with unprecedented tools to enhance crop yields and sustainability. The satellite's precision sensors would monitor soil health, track weather patterns, and optimize irrigation, ensuring that every acre of farmland reached its maximum potential.
The satellite's capabilities would also allow for real-time surveillance of the fields, detecting early signs of pest infestations or plant diseases and enabling timely interventions. With KA-01 in orbit, the small farming community of Smallville could now compete on a global scale, bringing their agricultural practices to new heights of efficiency and productivity.
But KA-01 was far more than just a tool for agriculture. Clark had designed it with a much broader purpose in mind. The satellite would serve as his eyes and ears in space, a critical asset in his mission to protect Earth.
Its advanced sensors could detect potential threats, from rogue metahumans to alien invasions, long before they reached the planet's surface. By constantly scanning the globe for unusual energy signatures and tracking the movements of individuals who might pose a danger, KA-01 would allow Clark to stay one step ahead of any crisis. It was the perfect tool for global surveillance, enabling Clark to monitor the world in real-time and respond to emergencies with unparalleled speed.
Moreover, it could track the presence of Kryptonite, alerting him to the locations of his greatest weakness before anyone could use it against him. The satellite could also detect other alien technologies that might pose a threat, giving Clark the upper hand in any confrontation.
And beyond the immediate threats, KA-01 extended its reach into deep space, monitoring for incoming meteors, extraterrestrial beings, and cosmic phenomena that could impact Earth.
In addition, With the satellite's help, he could strategically coordinate missions, manage resources, and even support off-world activities like the terraforming of Mars. The satellite's ability to communicate with him instantaneously, no matter where he was, meant that he would always be connected to Earth, even as he ventured into the farthest reaches of space.
It can be said that KA-01 was a tool of unparalleled power, capable of safeguarding not just Smallville, but the entire planet.
As Clark immersed in his thoughts, Homelander provided updates on its status.
[The satellite is functioning at optimal levels, Clark. All systems are green, and the cloaking technology is fully operational.]
"Good," Clark replied, still absorbing the magnitude of what KA-01 could do.
He watched as the satellite adjusted its position, locking into its designated orbit with flawless accuracy. The cloaking technology activated, rendering KA-01 invisible to any Earth-based detection systems. It was as if the satellite had merged with the fabric of space itself, a silent sentinel watching over the planet below.
Satisfied with the successful deployment, Clark allowed himself to relax, letting his body float weightlessly in the void of space. The suit's systems kept him comfortable, but it was the sun's energy that truly invigorated him. He closed his eyes, letting the solar rays wash over him, feeling the power of the yellow sun intensify within him.
As he drifted, Clark's mind began to turn over the next steps in his plans. The search for rare materials to enhance his Ironman suit, the establishment of a base on Mars, the need to continue honing his powers—all of these thoughts swirled in his mind.
But after a moment, he decided to push those thoughts aside. Instead of strategizing, Clark simply let go and allowed himself to float, immersing himself in the tranquility of space. He stopped thinking about the future, the challenges, and the responsibilities, choosing instead to fully experience this rare, peaceful moment.
"Homelander," he said softly, "play the song 'I'm Not in Love' by 10CC."
[Right away, Clark,] Homelander responded.
The gentle, dreamy melodies of the song began to fill Clark's ears, blending perfectly with the serene environment of space. The haunting, echoing notes seemed to resonate with the vastness around him, creating a perfect harmony between the music and the cosmos. Clark closed his eyes, a smile touched his lips, letting the music carry him, each note enhancing the sense of peace and reflection that enveloped him as he floated, weightless and free, in the infinite expanse.
As the final notes of the song drifted into silence, Clark opened his eyes, a calm resolve settling over him. The satellite was in place, the groundwork for the future had been laid, and now it was time to move forward.
