Upon seeing Viscount Layne, he immediately embraced him warmly, saying, "Lord Layne, welcome to the manor."

Viscount Layne smiled and got straight to the point: "Dis, I've come to ask for your help."

Dis, curious, responded, "Lord Viscount, just command me. As long as it's within my capabilities, I shall fulfill your request."

Hearing this, Layne was not entirely convinced. 

As the lord of Mapleleaf, his power might not be vast due to dealing with spellbeast issues, but Layne was no fool. 

He understood Dis's intentions, yet he was confident that Dis would assist him this time.
