He had been thoroughly intimidated by Leo's prowess, having witnessed the slaughter of a dozen knights with a single stroke of his sword. 

At this moment, his gaze upon Leo was akin to staring into the eyes of death itself, a boundless fear stripping him of his dignity and noble stature. 

His only desire now was to survive.

With a sharp sound, Leo's sword ultimately rested on the shoulder of the blond young man. 

Feeling the heat of the blade on his shoulder, the young man froze, slowly lifting his face, now expressionless with eyes brimming with fear and pleading. 

He shook his head, too terrified to speak.

"Give me one reason not to kill you," Leo spoke indifferently.

The young man, trembling, darted his eyes frantically.
